As the situation develops, we wanted to reassure our tenants that we continue to operate from our offices for now (call as usual on 01793 513130) but if required by Government, we will move to home-working as required.
Tenants can continue to report urgent issues, but we ask (for your safety and that of our contractors) that you keep requests to urgent matters only.
TENANTS - PLEASE allow contractors to work without close interaction for your protection and theirs. They will use keys unless you have informed us in advance that you are infected or self-isolating.
We ask that, if you have been out of the country in the last 2 weeks or close to anyone who has already contracted the virus, you inform us. If anyone in your home is infected or self-isolating, please tell us and the contractors.
You and your family will be at risk from visitors to your home so you will be planning to keep these to a minimum.
