If we agree to go ahead you will arrange to reserve the property – subject to referencing and will complete an online application process.
Rents
Rents are quoted per calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance. The tenant is responsible for Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Telephone. All rents are payable by bank standing order to our company bank account.
Deposit
Held in a secure Client Account and registered with the ‘Tenancy Deposit Scheme’ – our Client accounts are fully bonded.

Emergency Repairs If an emergency occurs then in the first instance the tenants are expected to take immediate action to prevent any emergency getting worse (ie: turning water flow off at stop cock) following this if emergency attendance is required then you should email the agent at any time on the email address nplettings99@aol.com, This applies seven days a week and twenty four hours a day. The agent will respond as soon as is practicably possible and take the necessary action.
